Disney World Vacation Homes
Coming to Disney World? Traveling with a large party or
just want some more space to sprawl out when you are not at the theme parks? How
about renting a Disney World vacation home from us?
There are more vacation homes near Disney World than there
are hotel rooms. Why are there so many? Simple, Disney World is the largest
family attraction in the world so there are more people who want to own a second
home near all the magic. The good news is when most of these families are not
using their home they allow us to rent them out so other families may enjoy
their home as well. We have two and three bedroom condos, three and four bedroom
townhomes, and private pool homes which range from 3 bedrooms to 6 bedrooms.
Most of the homes you can get for the same price of a three star hotel.
Our vacation homes near Disney World are located in some of
the most popular resorts. Terra Verde, Emerald Island, and Encantada Resort
offer three and four bedroom townhomes surround by the most luxurious
landscaping anywhere in Orlando. We also offer executive and stand pools homes
which are in Legacy Park, Windwood Bay, and Sandy Ridge, these three
sub-divisions are less than 15 minute drive to Disney World just off the popular
State Route 27. We have also just recently started offering the BRAND NEW
Tuscana Resort which offers two and three bedroom condos.
If you are looking to rent a Disney World
vacation home all you have to do is select the sub-division you want your home
to be located in and simply fill out our reservation form…we will do everything
else for you. We do require a small $50 refundable deposit to reserve our
vacation homes and then 15 days prior to your arrival your remaining balance is
due. If something should come up between when you book and 15 days prior to your
arrival you may cancel your reservation and
